This policy covers scouq.com as it runs today, before launch. It is written to be read, not to be survived. When the product opens on October 1, 2026 and financial connections exist, this policy will be replaced by a fuller one covering that data.
What we collect
- Email and name, when you give them to us — through the books check or an email form. We use them to send the result you asked for and to contact you about the founding group and launch. Every email includes a working unsubscribe.
- Your books-check answers and the score computed from them, stored with your email so we can prepare for a conversation you have invited.
- Basic usage analytics — which funnel steps are reached, with campaign parameters from links you clicked. Analytics inputs are masked; we do not record what you type.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- The books check requires no account access and connects to nothing.
Where it lives
Captured data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and transactional email is sent through our email provider (Resend). Analytics run on PostHog. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Your choices
Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, promptly and completely. Write to hello@scouq.com for deletion, a copy of your data, or any question this page did not answer.
