Unlimited address scouting on the map is the most expensive thing we offer compute-wise, and it is free forever. We want you to use it. Free caps the things that compound (saved deals, markets watched, AI runs) so power users naturally graduate to Personal when their deal flow grows.

Annual vs monthly
Annual is roughly 20% cheaper per month, paid up front. Switch from monthly to annual (or back) anytime via the Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any subscription from Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime is non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly and annual plans are non-refundable for unused portions, per the Terms of Service. Cancel anytime.
