Why Free is generous
Free lets investors validate supported-market coverage before paying. It caps the things that compound, including saved deals, markets watched, and AI runs, so power users naturally graduate to Plus when their deal flow grows.
What Plus gets you that Free does not
Plus is the self-serve plan for active solo investors: saved deal flow, all 6 investment strategies side-by-side, foreclosure feeds, 2-4 unit multifamily, the contractor and agent network in your markets, alerts, exports, and a real portfolio tracker with cash flow modeling.
How Pro works
Pro is for operators who need priority coverage, heavier workflows, and more direct support. You can start a 7-day free trial, then keep Pro monthly or annually if the workflow fits.
Enterprise
Enterprise is custom for acquisition teams, brokerages, funds, and data-heavy operators that need custom seats, procurement support, high-volume usage, custom data requests, account management, or integration help.
Annual vs monthly
Annual is roughly 20% cheaper per month, paid up front. Switch from monthly to annual (or back) any time via the Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation and refunds
Plus and Pro trials require billing details in Stripe. Cancel before the 7-day trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly and annual plans are non-refundable for unused portions, per the Terms of Service.
