It calls at the minute the lead booked
Booked calls start at the exact minute the lead picked, on the day they picked.
Two findings, with the sources so you can check them yourself.
100x
In a 2007 study of how fast companies respond to leads that come in over the web, the odds of making contact with a lead were 100 times higher when the first call came within five minutes than when it came after 30 minutes. Contact means someone picks up and talks. Every extra minute of waiting made it less likely.
What it does not show. It is an old study, it looks at leads that came in over the web, and it was published by a company that sells sales software. Your own numbers will be different, and we do not promise that Scouq will produce this result.
28%
In Salesforce's fifth State of Sales report, sales reps said they spend about 28% of their time selling. The rest of the week goes to other work. That is why leads wait: the person who could call them is busy with something else.
What it does not show. It is a survey of sales professionals, so it reports what they say about their own time. Salesforce sells sales software too.
Two things, and neither depends on a rep being free.
Booked calls start at the exact minute the lead picked, on the day they picked.
A lead who presses Talk now on the booking page gets a call right away.
Scouq calls leads who booked or pressed Talk now. It is not a phone line for people to call.
We only use figures we can source.
